EATING A RUM POPSICLE!

Whats good chat how's it going out in the states, these past 2 weeks have been really good and really flew by but lemme give yall some updates on how the week was

-Got really really sick on monday and Tuesday

-There was a dog that would always follow me and my comp around and I named him Felipa and the poor thing died 2 weeks ago 🥲

-There have been a riots in my area and everyone keeps shutting down their shops and the streets which sucks 😒

-We knock a door and start talking through the door and my latino comp is talking and the lady says "elders?" And we were like uhhhhh howd she know and she walks out and we ask and shes like we could tell by the way you guys talk because its so professional and nice and we know its missionaries (keep in mind my latino comp was talking so he sounded like Peruvians) but it was actually super cool that she could tell missionaries were at the door because of the spirit we bring and our manner of living

-I got bit by a dog and went and got 4 rabies shots in Lima which sucked but I worked with the office elders and it was super dope working with them because one of them was in Villa Maria with me for 3 transfers so it was cool seeing him again

-We got a baptism this Saturday 🤩

Spiritual Thought: This is something very basic i wanna invite EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU TO DO, I wanna personally invite all of you to have the elders who live in your area over at your houses and have them share a little message. I have had a strong feeling to ask you guys this so someone needs to read this and do this this week. Whoever needs this I know when you are reading this that this was meant for you so please do it. I wanna hear your experiences from the elders in an email this week so I strongly encourage all of you to have the elders over and tell me how it was

Anyways thats it yall I hope you guys have a great week and have good experiences with the elders!!

Love you all!!

8 MONTHS!

Hows it going yall, hope all is well. This one is going to be short and sweet because I am flying to Lima right now to visit my first srea right before our multizone

-I saw 5 white people in Ayacucho and it was super weird because I hadn't seen a white person in my mission in like 6 months and two were BYU students, 2 from California, and 1 from the UK and it was super fine talking to them

-As I said in the title i am going back to Villa Maria and I am going to visit it and I could not be more excited, I miss these members soooo much and im so excited to surprise them

-Me and Elder Robinson (Elder Jolleys MTC comp) have been going to this crepe place for the whole week straight and on friday morning she asked us "do you want the same thing to go?" And we just started dying laughing and said yes

-I ate some cow heart today and it was actually pretty good, when me and my parents return to the mission I will he ordering a bunch of weird stuff for them and will not be telling them 😁

Spiritual Thought: I read 2 Nephi 3 and 4 and it was super super good for me and I wrote a lot down and a scripture that I really liked was 2 Nefi 4: 34 and 35

34 O Lord, I have trusted in thee, and I will trust in thee forever. I will not put my trust in the arm of flesh; for I know that cursed is he that putteth his trust in the arm of flesh. Yea, cursed is he that putteth his trust in man or maketh flesh his arm.

35 Yea, I know that God will give liberally to him that asketh. Yea, my God will give me, if I ask not amiss; therefore I will lift up my voice unto thee; yea, I will cry unto thee, my God, the rock of my righteousness. Behold, my voice shall forever ascend up unto thee, my rock and mine everlasting God. Amen.

The arm of God is perfect and it is always here to help us, it doesn't matter how far we think we are, he is always there to extend his arm and help

Hope yall have a great and lemme know how yall are doing

MORE GREAT EXPERIENCES!

Another great day today i wonder if these emails bring as much impact as I want them to, and knowing mom im hoping secretly deep down that she is keeping my emails that I send. But today started off normal but then we had a lesson with a guy that had a baptismal date and has been in teaching for 4 years that we dropped because his mom wont let him get baptized and she kinda brainwashed him into thinking our church was bad. But today he was like elderes can we meet? And we said uhh sure and then he told us he has been praying all week and God gave him a clear answer that he needs to get baptized. So now we are super super excited for him for the 28th of March and hopefully his moms heart can be softened. Thats one of my gifts from my patriarchal blessing that I love is being able to soften the hard hearted.
The other story was our final lesson and its a couple and they are awesome they are just waiting for the perfect time to be married (they've been together for 14 years) and we had a superhero powerful lesson today and the girl started to cry, and I thought to bring up the twins and it makes me cry without fail every single time. She started crying because she wants her brother (whose in jail) to be at the wedding and they are waiting on him but a member we brought with us talked about examples and it made me think of the twins because like i said the one thing that makes me cry everytime is when i say Im the first grandkid (besides hunter) to leave on a mission and I just wanna set an example for everyone especially my younger brothers because I love them so much and wanna show them that the mission is something irreplaceable and now they are getting their patriarchal blessings and I could not be more excited for you twins.
We have seen miracles lately in the missionary work and I wouldnt trade the little time ive been on the mission for anything else. I was always excited but never thought much of it, but now with the experience I have its something I am grateful for. I just wanted to finish off by saying this gospel changes lives and I could not be more happy with the missionary work and the gospel we have grown up in. Thanks to mom and dad we can be together forever and know that death isnt the end and they have set a great example for us to follow in order to have happy lives in this world. I love you guys so much and the support youve given me and for giving me great examples to follow.

Love you all and cant wait to talk on sunday

WHAT'S GOOD CHAT?!

Sorry for not writing last week I was so tired but lemme give yall some updates

-We were returning from a lesson way up in the mountains late at night and we were cooked because its dangerous at night and we were walking and out of no where members see us and pick us up in the car
#clutchmembers

-We drove 2 hours to give a health blessing and it was the most peaceful place in Ayacucho ive been too, it was so cool

-I ate some cow stomach with rice and it was not good

Spiritual Thought: The past weeks have been super super powerful in the mission. We have been doing a lot of teaching on the atonement, baptism, and the sacrament. Its been super super good for me because I have been getting a really good grasp on how powerful the atonement is and how much love Jesus has and how perfect it really is. I invite all of you to study at least one thing about the atonement this week and just see what it can do for you

Thats it for this week and I hope yall have been super good
